This is not a configuration role; you will advise senior stakeholders, architect scalable data solutions, and help clients fundamentally improve how they manage relationships, pipelines, and institutional knowledge.
What You’ll Do Lead complex enterprise engagements from discovery through delivery, designing solutions that fit the client’s business, not just the brief.
Advise C‑suite and senior stakeholders on platform strategy and data architecture.
Lead workshops, shape data migration planning, and produce clear design documentation with technical leads.
Collaborate across product, customer success, and support to ensure what you build actually lands.
Contribute to pre‑sales scoping and solution design for new engagements.
Develop design frameworks that raise consistency and quality across the practice.
Support and mentor junior colleagues, helping elevate the team’s delivery standards.
What You’ll Bring Five or more years of client‑facing software implementation experience, with a track record on complex enterprise engagements.
Hands‑on experience with professional services platforms – Deal Cloud, Inter Action, Peppermint/Litera, or similar.
Strong analytical instincts and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
Confidence leading workshops and advising senior stakeholders.
A degree in information systems, business administration, or equivalent experience.
SQL or relational database knowledge is a bonus.
Why This Role Intapp works with the firms that shape entire industries.
