This is not a configuration role; you will advise senior stakeholders, architect scalable data solutions, and help clients fundamentally improve how they manage relationships, pipelines, and institutional knowledge.
What You’ll Do
- Lead complex enterprise engagements from discovery through delivery, designing solutions that fit the client’s business, not just the brief.
- Advise C‑suite and senior stakeholders on platform strategy and data architecture.
- Lead workshops, shape data migration planning, and produce clear design documentation with technical leads.
- Collaborate across product, customer success, and support to ensure what you build actually lands.
- Contribute to pre‑sales scoping and solution design for new engagements.
- Develop design frameworks that raise consistency and quality across the practice.
- Support and mentor junior colleagues, helping elevate the team’s delivery standards.
What You’ll Bring
- Five or more years of client‑facing software implementation experience, with a track record on complex enterprise engagements.
- Hands‑on experience with professional services platforms – DealCloud, InterAction, Peppermint/Litera, or similar.
- Strong analytical instincts and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
- Confidence leading workshops and advising senior stakeholders.
- A degree in information systems, business administration, or equivalent experience.
- SQL or relational database knowledge is a bonus.
