Intapp is seeking a Product Support Engineer for our Collaboration and Content product team. The ideal candidate will have experience triaging complex issues for Microsoft technology-based solutions and is comfortable working in a team environment where processes are continually evolving. Previous experience in Legal or Professional Services or Enterprise Content Management is preferred.

What you will do:

  • Manage customer support requests and provide timely and accurate responses.
  • Create, prioritize, track, and update customer issues/features in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
  • Provide training to first/second-line support staff from customer or partner organizations.
  • Participate in ongoing rota to provide cover for our EMEA customers.
  • Provide IT systems support for Collaboration and Content staff.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including near-real-time updates to the Collaboration and Content Knowledge Base.

  • Experience providing technical support and solving issues.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 technology stack.
  • Knowledge of IT systems administration tools and best practices.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • Experience using a Service Desk platform.
