We're looking for a Systems Analyst to join our Technology team and take ownership of several business-critical applications. This is a hands-on role where you'll provide 2nd line application support, maintain and improve business systems, write SQL queries and reports, and help support the organisation as legacy systems are replaced with modern SaaS platforms. You'll work closely with an outsourced IT support provider, taking ownership of issues that require deeper application, data or configuration knowledge.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide 2nd line support for business applications
- Configure and maintain business systems and workflows
- Write SQL queries to extract, analyse and troubleshoot data
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards
- Support Power Automate workflows and low-code solutions
- Monitor data quality and resolve data issues
- Support integrations between business systems
- Help with data migrations as legacy systems are retired
- Work with internal teams, suppliers and the managed service provider to resolve technical issues
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and business processes
What we're looking for:
- Experience in Systems Analyst, Application Support Analyst or Business Systems Analyst roles
- Strong SQL skills, including writing queries and troubleshooting data
- 2nd line application support experience
- Experience supporting CRM, ERP or other business systems
- Power Automate experience
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as SSRS, Power BI or similar
- Experience working with system integrations or data migrations would be beneficial
- Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
