6-month contract (starting August)
Hybrid – 2 days p/week in South London office (occasional travel to Southampton is posible)
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who’s confident leading Agile teams and can take ownership of a high-priority security improvement programme across multiple tech workstreams.
This is a hands-on delivery role – you\’ll be running agile ceremonies, keeping projects on track, and coordinating multiple squads to ensure deadlines are hit and blockers removed. On the security side, the focus is on hardening endpoints, securing pipelines, and bringing systems in line with compliance and audit standards.
Key things you\’ll be doing:
Running daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retros and backlog grooming
Leading delivery across multiple squads (Scrum of Scrums)
Driving endpoint hardening, SSO rollout, EOL upgrades, and security alert monitoring. Working with engineers, InfoSec and product to align on audit and risk prioritiesTracking progress via Jira/Kanban views and productivity scorecards
What you’ll need:
Strong experience in Agile PM / Scrum Master roles in enterprise environments
Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, DevSecOps
Exposure to secure CI/CD, infrastructure as code, GitHub Advanced Security, EntraID
Confident using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Excel, SharePoint
Nice to have:
PMP, CSM, PSM or security certs (e.g. CISSP, CISA)
Rate: Good market rate (inside IR35)
Start Date: 1st August
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
