Requirements
- Significant experience conducting discovery-focused UX research
- Strong experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Experience planning and executing UX interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Ability to translate research findings into actionable insights
- Experience working with Product and Design teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience researching AI-powered products or tools
- Experience within scientific, pharmaceutical or research-focused environments
- Familiarity with Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) methodologies
Responsibilities
- Leading discovery-focused UX research initiatives
- Planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative research
- Running interviews, usability testing and UX surveys
- Identifying user needs and uncovering opportunities for innovation
- Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Designers and stakeholders
- Examining analytics data to support research strategies
- Communicating findings and recommendations in a clear and engaging way

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior UX Researcher who enjoys tackling complex problems, influencing product direction, and helping shape innovative digital experiences in a rapidly evolving AI landscape. Working alongside Product Managers, Designers and Technology teams, you will play a key role in understanding user behaviours, needs and motivations, turning research insights into meaningful product decisions. This is a London Wall hybrid contract role with occasional travel to collaborate with the team, a 35-hour week, and a two-stage interview process.
