We’re looking for a Mid-Level Business Analyst to join a major data transformation programme focused on consolidating multiple reference datasets into a single strategic platform and operating model. You’ll work across Product, Data, Engineering and Operations teams, helping to define the future-state processes, capture requirements and support the migration away from multiple legacy datasets. This is a hands-on BA role, with a strong focus on data, process improvement, migration and stakeholder engagement.
What you’ll be doing:
- Document current and future-state processes
- Run workshops with business and technical stakeholders
- Gather and document business, functional and migration requirements
- Support the design of a new Reference Data operating model
- Map dataset dependencies and assess upstream/downstream impacts
- Develop migration plans and work with delivery teams to coordinate execution
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting documentation
- Carry out process mapping, gap analysis and impact assessments
- Support testing, validation and business readiness
- Work with stakeholders to maintain alignment and keep delivery moving
