We’re working with a fast-growing FCA approved digital business operating across multiple online channels, focused on high-volume customer acquisition within a regulated environment. This is a hands-on Marketing Manager role sitting at the heart of the commercial engine and is ideal for someone who enjoys data, optimisation, and tangible impact rather than purely brand-led marketing.

This is a performance-driven marketing role, responsible for optimising customer acquisition and conversion across websites, CRM channels, and partner networks. You’ll work across:
- Email & SMS campaigns
- SEO & landing pages
- Customer journeys & conversion funnels
- Data analysis & reporting
- Affiliate and partner performance
This is not a traditional marketing role; it is analytical, commercially focused, and heavily data-led.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise email and SMS campaigns
- Use marketing tools such as Brevo and premium routes gateway, or similar
- Oversee SEO performance across multiple sites
- Ensure all marketing activity complies with FCA regulations, financial promotions rules, and internal compliance standards
- Analyse user behaviour, conversion rates, and commercial performance
- Own A/B testing across landing pages, forms, and journeys
- Identify and optimise funnel drop-off points
- Collaborate with developers/designers to improve UX and conversion
- Support application journey and form design
- Monitor lead quality, revenue performance, and partner outputs
- Produce clear reporting across marketing and performance metrics
- Support affiliate/partner activity where required
- Ensure activity aligns with regulatory and compliance standards
- Support tracking, attribution, and CRM data accuracy
- Contribute ideas for growth, testing, and new acquisition channels
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or CRM
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence using data and reporting tools
- Experience across email, SEO, and website optimisation
- Understanding of conversion funnels and lead generation
- Strong attention to detail and process accuracy
- Commercial awareness, focused on results and performance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
