You’ll provide 1st line IT support via phone, email, Teams and the self-service portal, troubleshoot hardware, software and accounts, log incidents and keep users informed and supported. Experience with Windows 11, Active Directory, Office 365, SCCM and Intune/Endpoint Manager is essential.
