IntaPeople are looking for two experienced Operations/Delivery leaders to take ownership of a number of key client portfolios and lead a high-performing software delivery team. This is a role for someone who’s just as comfortable building strong client relationships as they are guiding teams through complex delivery challenges. They are a technology-focused business working across modern software delivery, cloud-based solutions, and ongoing application support. The work tends to be varied and often fairly complex, so being able to stay close enough to delivery without getting lost in the detail is important. We're looking for an all rounder, someone with the ability to switch between growth and delivery. At its core, this role is about balance, keeping clients confident and engaged, ensuring delivery is running smoothly, and making sure there’s a clear commercial lens across everything you do. You’ll be working across multiple projects and accounts, helping shape outcomes, support your team, and spot opportunities to grow relationships further. There’s also a large commercial side to it, keeping an eye on performance across key accounts, understanding where there’s room to grow, and contributing to conversations around pricing, scope, and new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Leadership
- Act as the primary point of ownership for key client relationships
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships
- Provide clear guidance and confidence on delivery direction
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
- Commercial Oversight
- Support growth across client portfolios - upselling and growth mindset is needed here.
- Monitor revenue performance, margins, and commercial health
- Contribute to scoping, pricing, and proposal development
- Assist in new business opportunities and client pitches
- Delivery Management
- Oversee delivery across multiple concurrent projects
- Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Implement and maintain effective delivery processes and governance
- Drive consistency and quality across teams with varied experience levels
- Team Leadership
- Lead and develop an experienced team of software/delivery professionals (circa 7-8)
- Set clear expectations and promote accountability
- Create a collaborative and supportive team culture
- Encourage continuous improvement and high performance
A big part of the role is around building trust. You’ll be the person clients turn to when they want a clear view of how things are going, what’s coming next, and where value can be added. At the same time, internally you’ll be leading a small technical/delivery team with different strengths and experience levels, helping them perform at their best without overcomplicating things. This is a senior role combining client relationship management, delivery leadership, and commercial awareness. The successful candidate will be confident engaging with stakeholders, leading technical teams, and contributing to business growth through strong delivery performance. It’s the kind of role that would suit someone who’s come up through software, delivery, consulting, or client services and is used to operating at a senior level, someone who can bring a bit of calm, clarity and direction when it’s needed.
