We are supporting a well-established manufacturing organisation in the search for an experienced Quality Manager to take ownership of quality performance across production, suppliers, and customer-facing activities. This is a senior role with real influence, offering the opportunity to shape quality strategy, improve operational standards, and drive continuous improvement across a dynamic environment.

You will lead the end-to-end quality function, ensuring that products meet required standards and customer expectations while driving measurable improvements across the business.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing quality processes across production, suppliers, and field performance
  • Acting as the escalation point for complex customer issues, ensuring timely resolution
  • Implementing robust systems to monitor and reduce the cost of poor quality
