A dynamic team within a global corporate centre is seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer to support the design, development, and delivery of intelligent business solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working with cutting-edge Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot tools
- Collaborate with Microsoft technical teams to ensure robust solution support
- Gather and analyse user requirements, document specifications, and translate them into scalable solutions
- Evaluate enhancement requests and implement customisations to meet evolving business needs
- Deliver tailored applications aligned with stakeholder expectations
Required Skills:
- Proven expertise with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
- Experience creating and maintaining Fabric data agents and integrating them into Power Platform and Copilot solutions.
Power Apps:
- Experience developing complex Canvas Apps with multiple data connections.
- Proficiency in advanced expressions and formulas.
- Understanding of Model-Driven Apps and Dataverse schema design.
Power Automate:
- Experience building large, multi-branch flows with complex logic and varied data connectors.
- Skilled in error handling, performance optimization, and flow governance.
- Strong SQL skills for data modelling, querying, and optimization within Fabric and Power BI.
- Knowledge of Python for data manipulation, API automation, and AI model integration.
- Experience working with both structured and unstructured data sources
- Understanding of AI Foundry or similar AI-enhanced development tools.
- Demonstrated ability to balance low-code and pro-code approaches to solution delivery.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and commercial awareness
Desirable
- Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Fabric, or Azure).
