You’ll be joining a great company with an exceptional reputation for investing in their employees, a strong learning culture with ongoing professional development with exposure to the latest technologies! We’re looking to speak with candidates who have either recently graduated with a computer science/studies degree or candidates who have at-least 1-2 years commercial experience within an IT focussed role. Responsibilities at a glance; Providing excellent first line IT support across the company on their systems. Working alongside a successful team ensuring all tickets are dealt with to ensure a satisfactory response. Accurately identifying ticket priorities. Prioritising and resolve any problems and escalating any unresolved problems when needed. Providing a high standard of communication. Able to collaborate in a team successfully. Managing and monitoring helpdesk calls and logs whilst taking appropriate action as and when. Able to perform hands on fixes at the desktop level, such as installing and upgrading software, installing hardware and configuring systems. Technical experience Proven experience working with desktop and server operating systems (including Windows Server) Experience with the Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Service Desk Support Software, MDM (Mobile Device Management) Knowledge of basic computer hardware, including PCs, and laptops Strong communication skills both verbally and written. Strong experience troubleshooting.
