IntaPeople are working alongside a leading Technology company based in Doncaster who are looking to onboard an IT Admin Assistant to enhance the team’s current processes. You will be responsible for monitoring tickets and the successful conclusion of support tickets.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for overseeing customer support tickets, including the response time, allocation of tickets, and conclusion of the ticket.
- You will monitor and ensure that all ticket queues are flowing correctly.
- You will build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
- You will ensure that tickets are prioritised.
- You will pro-actively review and analyse statistics reporting areas of concern.
About You
- You will ideally have a solid background in an administrative/customer service position.
- You will have solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- You will have experience using an IT service management tool or a ticketing system.
- You will have the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Extra Information About the Role
- This position is hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
- 25 days annual leave rising to 28 days after 3 years’ service.
- Private medical insurance.
- Location – Doncaster; you will need to be local to the Doncaster offices.
