You’ll join a small, high-performing team, offering:

  • Real ownership from day one
  • Direct exposure to decision-makers
  • The ability to influence performance and growth quickly

This is a performance-driven marketing role, responsible for optimising customer acquisition and conversion across websites, CRM channels, and partner networks. You’ll work across:

  • Email & SMS campaigns
  • SEO & landing pages
  • Customer journeys & conversion funnels
  • Data analysis & reporting
  • Affiliate and partner performance

This is not a traditional marketing role; it is analytical, commercially focused, and heavily data-led.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise email and SMS campaigns
  • Use marketing tools such as Brevo and premium routes gateway, or similar
  • Oversee SEO performance across multiple sites
  • Ensure all marketing activity complies with FCA regulations, financial promotions rules, and internal compliance standards
  • Analyse user behaviour, conversion rates, and commercial performance
  • Own A/B testing across landing pages, forms, and journeys
  • Identify and optimise funnel drop-off points
  • Collaborate with developers/designers to improve UX and conversion
  • Support application journey and form design
  • Monitor lead quality, revenue performance, and partner outputs
  • Produce clear reporting across marketing and performance metrics
  • Support affiliate/partner activity where required
  • Ensure activity aligns with regulatory and compliance standards
  • Support tracking, attribution, and CRM data accuracy
  • Contribute ideas for growth, testing, and new acquisition channels

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or CRM
  • Strong analytical mindset with confidence using data and reporting tools
  • Experience across email, SEO, and website optimisation
  • Understanding of conversion funnels and lead generation
  • Strong attention to detail and process accuracy
  • Commercial awareness, focused on results and performance
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Interest in digital business models, customer acquisition, and technology

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Direct impact on revenue and growth
  • Broad exposure across marketing, data, and operations
  • Opportunity to develop in a high-performing, fast-paced team
  • Clear progression opportunities for strong performers
  • Real ownership, not just execution
