Our client is seeking a motivated Building Surveyor to join their Witney office. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in a well-established, multi-disciplinary consultancy.

You will gain hands-on experience across a full range of building surveying services, including design, specification, building surveys, contract administration, and project management. The role offers structured support through the APC process, helping you progress towards chartered status with guidance from experienced Chartered Surveyors.

  • Assist in preparing specifications, designs, tender documents, and building regulation/planning applications.
  • Support contract administration, project progress meetings, and monitoring of construction works.
  • Learn and use software including AutoCAD, Revit, and NBS.
  • Support senior surveyors with site visits, project delivery, and client communication.

Degree in Building Surveying. Full UK driving licence. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or NBS is desirable but not essential.
