Intake Talent is proud to be partnering with a well-established, multi-award-winning charity to recruit an experienced and motivated Fundraising Officer to join their collaborative team. The organisation supports individuals across Oxfordshire and the Thames Valley who have faced significant barriers such as homelessness, mental ill health, or long-term unemployment, helping them move towards sustainable employment, housing, and long-term stability.
The Role:
- Remote-first position (with approximately 1 day per month in Oxford, plus occasional events)
- ASAP start available
- Flexible working patterns considered
This is a broad and varied fundraising opportunity, offering exposure across multiple income streams, including:
- Corporate partnerships
- Trusts & foundations
- Community, events & individual giving
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, including the CEO, Board, and Head of Fundraising, playing an important role in growing income and strengthening supporter relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and managing corporate partnerships
- Writing compelling funding applications and impact reports
- Supporting community fundraising events and campaigns
- Managing supporter engagement and communications
- Working collaboratively across teams to help communicate organisational impact
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in at least one fundraising area (corporate, trusts, events, or individual giving)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- A proactive, collaborative approach
- Passion for supporting communities and making a positive impact
- Salesforce experience would be beneficial but is not essential
