Marketing Executive & Content Creator - Part-Time

Location: Oxfordshire (Hybrid/Flexible working)

Hours: 21-25 hours per week

Salary: £40k - £45k DEO

Our financial services client are seeking a talented Marketing Executive & Content Creator to play a central role in coordinating marketing activities and shaping how they connect with clients, prospects, and the wider community.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to blend marketing creativity with financial insight - ideal for someone who understands the nuances of investment, wealth management, and client communication in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Coordination

  • Manage day-to-day marketing activity across all channels, ensuring consistency and compliance with FCA standards.
  • Liaise with external agencies and suppliers to deliver high-quality campaigns.
  • Monitor budgets and report on marketing performance at monthly meetings.

Content Creation & Digital Marketing

  • Create engaging, compliant content for social media, newsletters, and the website - translating complex financial topics into clear, accessible language.
  • Write and edit articles, blogs, and press releases on financial planning, investment, and market insights.
  • Develop digital campaigns that drive engagement and reinforce our brand values.
  • Support SEO initiatives and monitor analytics to enhance performance.

PR & Events

  • Coordinate PR opportunities, webinars, seminars, and client events.
  • Support event planning, promotion, and follow-up activity.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with financial planners and investment managers to ensure marketing aligns with strategic objectives.
  • Prepare marketing reports and insights for the board and leadership team.

About You

  • Experience in financial services or professional services marketing.
  • Strong understanding of investment or financial terminology, with the ability to communicate it clearly and compliantly.
  • Confident using social media platforms, WordPress, and Canva.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
