We’re looking for a Risk Analyst to play a key role within our Second Line of Defence, helping us strengthen technology, cyber, data and transformation risk oversight across the organisation.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Actively contribute to the creation of a ‘growth mindset’ and supportive culture across Risk.
• Support improvements to Risk functional maturity, working seamlessly across the risk teams
• Contributing to training and communications designed to improve risk awareness and culture.
• Connecting with the internal network of risk analysts to encourage collaboration, and the sharing of knowledge and best practice.

Your skills and experience:

• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and manage stakeholders effectively, including collaborative problem solving and supportive and constructive challenge and influence
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong numeracy skills to gather, organise, visualise (e.g., charts, graphs) and interpret (i.e., so what) data
• Strong literacy and written communication skills to create clear and concise documents
• Good problem-solving and brainstorming skills to make recommendations / suggest solutions
• Good time management skills to organise self (and others) with ability to manage multiple tasks with varying deadlines
