You'll make an impact by:
As Casualty Claims Handler, you will be responsible for appropriately and promptly investigating and advancing casualty claims to closure, to achieve business objectives and meet the defined customer service proposition.
In addition, you will ensure that customers, brokers and third parties/claimants are supported throughout the claims journey by utilising agreed-upon claims processes, case laws, and defined strategies. You will enjoy utilising your technical knowledge to resolve queries, reach and convey decisions and impart knowledge to others.
Your skills and experience:
- Previous experience working within a Claims department that handles both injury and non-injury claims
- Handling claims up to a value of £100,000
- We handle a wide range of EL and PL claims from across our extensive commercial book of business so previous experience in a similar position would be beneficial.
