This role is within Operational Excellence and reports to the Continuous Improvement Manager.
Responsible for leading continuous improvement within assigned business areas, driving measurable service, efficiency and productivity outcomes through process optimisation and change delivery.
The role provides support to the function by executing assigned activities accurately, applying growing professional knowledge, collaborating with others, and escalating non‑standard issues where appropriate.
You’ll make an impact by
- Owns delivery of continuous improvement outcomes, including service performance, productivity and efficiency gains.
- Identifies, prioritises and delivers improvements, ensuring measurable impact against performance Metrics.
- Leads process redesign and optimisation, embedding changes into day-to-day operations.
- Drives resolution of performance issues, working with leaders to improve service delivery.
- Partners with operational teams to ensure improvements are sustained and embedded.
- Coaches stakeholders and teams to adopt CI practices and continuously improve performance.
Your skills and experience
- Solid experience in continuous improvement, Lean or process optimisation. Lean Six Sigma qualified.
- Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements in operational performance.
- Considerable problem-solving and analytical capability.
- Effective stakeholder management and ability to drive change through influence.
