Win as a Team:

The Business Architect is responsible for defining, shaping and driving the target business architecture that enables the successful transformation of the Specialty Lines business. Working closely with business leaders, transformation teams and technology stakeholders, the role creates a clear line of sight from strategic objectives to the capabilities, operating model, processes, organisation, data and technology required to deliver sustainable business outcomes.

You'll make an impact by:

  • Business Architecture framework and governance standards
  • Enterprise capability map for Specialty Lines
  • Business architecture principles and design standards
  • Strategic business architecture assessments and recommendations

Your skills and experience:

  • Business architecture and target operating model design
  • Business capability modelling and process improvement
  • Transformation roadmap development and strategic planning
  • Stakeholder engagement and executive communication
  • Strong knowledge of Specialty Insurance, including underwriting, claims and distribution
  • Business process and architecture modelling tools (e.g. LeanIX, Ardoq, Signavio, Visio)
  • Understanding of insurance platforms, data and digital technologies
