We are currently recruiting for a Senior Credit Control Handler to join our Global Network team on a hybrid basis in Liverpool, on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Supporting the global business central accounting unit
- Handling the flow of requests for information and advice, negotiating effective resolution of complex issues of financial, underwriting, reinsurance, compliance and claims nature
- Taking responsibility for specific territories and working with the global partners to resolve queries quickly and efficiently
- Working closely with the Global Network Relationship Managers and supporting the delivery of the global plan
Your skills and experience:
- Considerable Credit Control experience
- Experience of dealing with multi-currency transactions and understanding the statutory charges across different countries
- Excellent user of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to negotiate complex queries
- Knowledge of multinational insurance would be an advantage but not essential
