This is an exciting opportunity to join the highly respected Commercial Real Estate Claims team based in our Manchester office. Following ongoing growth & development within the team we are looking for motivated, enthusiastic & customer service driven individuals to join our team. Whether you are experienced in the insurance sector or not, the right training programme will be tailored to your needs.
Responsibilities- Managing a caseload of Commercial Real Estate Property Claims, supporting our customers throughout their claims journey, from taking the initial notification to settling their claim.
- Proactively liaising with internal & external stakeholders, building great working relationships with our customers, brokers & suppliers.
- Efficiently and effectively settling our customers' insurance claims.
- Handling customer claims, from notification through to validation, negotiation & settlement.
- Handling claims up to £10,000 with the opportunity to increase your claims authority up to £100,000.
- Ensuring reserves are accurately set and maintained throughout the life cycle of each claim.
- Experience in real estate, commercial property, or general insurance claims.
- Experience with stakeholder management and building and developing broker and customer relationships.
- A genuine passion for customer service.
