We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Lines Strategic Account Manager to join our Strategic Account Management Team on a hybrid basis. This role is to be based from any of the following locations – Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol, London or Glasgow. This role will drive and grow Intact Insurance's sales through building and maintaining partnerships with one or more large strategically important broker accounts across Intact Insurance UK.
You’ll Make An Impact By:
- Developing, agreeing and maintaining a minimum 3 year account strategy and plan for each strategic broker to achieve the overall GWP and profitability plan.
- Leading the identification, planning and winning of major strategic development opportunities.
- Demonstrating excellent working relationships with the trading and sales teams across CL & SLE.
- Engaging with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Building and maintaining relationships at all levels with each strategic broker to thoroughly understand their strategy.
- Negotiating, managing and having responsibility for the central compensation structure.
Your Skills And Experience:
- Commercial Insurance Account Management experience is essential.
- Experience of driving new business pipelines, achieving broker plans and managing effective relationships.
- Have an excellent understanding of industry conditions across CL & SL, including Intact Insurance's propositions.
- Extensive experience and knowledge in applying best practice sales techniques.
- Experience in account planning.
