We are recruiting for a Senior Compliance Advisory Manager to join our established and experienced Risk & Compliance team on a hybrid 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Hybrid working locations include London, Bristol, Liverpool, Manchester & Glasgow.
Scope & Responsibilities- Provide expert compliance guidance on regulatory matters and best practices.
- Offer advisory support and constructive challenge to the first line in critical decision‑making processes affecting customer outcomes.
- Participate in governance committees and internal forums, providing specialised insights on regulatory compliance, customer outcomes and conduct issues.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the business, serving as a trusted escalation point for regulatory compliance and conduct risks.
- Compliance professional with prior experience in line 2 compliance roles.
- Good understanding of the commercial lines business within general insurance.
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and their practical application.
- Deep understanding of FCA priorities and conduct requirements.
- Excellent report‑writing skills.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
