Intact Insurance is searching for a Data Management Lead to join our Chief Information Office team on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage data quality frameworks and processes to ensure data is accurate, complete and reliable.
  • Ensure all data management practices comply with regulatory and industry standards.
  • Implement systems and processes to capture and maintain comprehensive metadata and data lineage for key data assets.
  • Oversee enterprise MDM/RDM strategy implementation, ensuring that master data across key business domains (e.g., customers, policies, claims) is consistent and accurate across all systems.
  • Collaborate with enterprise data architecture, data delivery and business teams to embed data management practices throughout the data lifecycle.
  • Work closely with IT and security teams to secure data and protect it from unauthorized access, breaches and data loss.

Qualifications

  • Strong delivery experience developing and executing roadmaps and implementation plans.
  • Experience in data quality, metadata, lineage, MDM/RDM strategies and regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with data management platforms (e.g., Purview, Collibra, Informatica) and tools.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure) and data governance tools.
  • Able to work with cross‑functional teams to enforce and implement data management solutions.
  • Insurance domain knowledge.
