You’ll Make An Impact By:

  • Underwriting and negotiating new and/or existing Property & Casualty business within your authority
  • Building and maintaining excellent broker relationships through regular engagement
  • Applying pricing strategies and risk assessment techniques to drive profitable growth
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share insights and improve underwriting practices
  • Contributing to process improvements and supporting broker team ideas
  • Representing our brand at broker meetings, industry events and field visits as needed

Your Skills And Experience:

  • Experience of Property & Casualty Insurance from either an Underwriting or Broking background is desirable. However, we are prepared to consider candidates with other financial services experience
  • A sharp eye for detail and a head for strategy
  • Existing Broker relationships would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with brokers
