Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize consumer-centric, user-led data models that meet business requirements, providing intuitive and scalable solutions for different stakeholders.
  • Support the build of comprehensive data product canvases, outlining product vision, user personas, use cases, and expected business outcomes.
  • Align the canvas with the broader data strategy to ensure consistency.
  • Support and manage data contracts that define the structure, relationships, and flows between datasets.
  • Ensure these contracts adhere to governance standards, ensuring data integrity and security.

Skills And Experience

  • Experience in data modelling, data architecture, and design enterprise-level data products that support both transactional and analytical needs.
  • Background in designing user-centric and consumer-led data products.
  • Experience working with enterprise data domains, designing interoperable, scalable data models that align with business processes and use cases.
  • Good knowledge of data modelling tools, and experience in Azure, Databricks and Lakehouse architecture implementations.
  • Ideally you will have a sound understanding of the Insurance domain.
