As a Delivery Lead you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the enterprise data platform that underpins critical business and customer outcomes. You will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex data and platform initiatives in a modern Azure‑based environment, enabling better decision‑making, stronger governance, and scalable data capabilities. • Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex data engineering and enterprise data platform within an Azure cloud environment, ensuring timely, high‑quality outcomes.
• Drive platform engineering, automation, and governance, including security, GDPR compliance, data quality, cataloguing, and metadata standards across the enterprise data platform.
• Plan, scope, and manage delivery across multiple workstreams, owning release schedules, dependencies, risks, and change management to ensure incremental and scalable delivery.
• Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, working closely with architects, engineers, cloud teams, and business leaders to align delivery with Intact Insurance’s data strategy and business priorities.

• End‑to‑end delivery leadership of complex enterprise data platform and data engineering, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, and incremental feature release.
• Considerable experience in Azure‑based data platforms and engineering, including ADLS Gen2, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and associated automation, integration, and platform enhancement.
• Experience delivering data management and governance solutions, including Microsoft Purview, data cataloguing, metadata management, RDM/MDM integration, data quality, and policy enforcement.
• Deep understanding of security, privacy, and regulatory compliance within insurance, including GDPR, PII handling, DLP, RBAC/ABAC, and delivery of compliant data solutions aligned to insurance regulatory frameworks.
• Insurance domain knowledge, with understanding of insurance data structures, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements, and the ability to apply this knowledge to the delivery of reliable enterprise data solutions.
