This role will play a key part in shaping and delivering AI solutions that support Intact's strategic goals, driving innovation, efficiency, and smarter decision-making across the organisation. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams to develop scalable, enterprise-grade AI capabilities while helping to embed best practices in governance, architecture, and delivery. You’ll Make An Impact By
- Lead the design and delivery of AI and machine learning solutions, from prototype through to scalable implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise technology standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including the CDO function, architecture, and business units to identify and deliver AI-driven opportunities that create measurable business value.
- Establish and maintain best practices for AI development, including governance, ethical use of AI, and compliance with data privacy and security standards.
- Provide technical leadership to support the development of AI capabilities, contributing to the technical roadmap and ensuring solutions integrate effectively with the wider technology and data ecosystem.
Your Skills And Experience
- Experience working with AI and machine learning frameworks, with the ability to develop and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with experience working with modern cloud and data platforms.
- Experience designing technical architectures and delivery approaches for AI solutions aligned with enterprise technology strategies.
- Understanding of AI governance, data privacy, and security considerations when implementing AI solutions within regulated environments.
