Responsibilities

  • Establishing and managing data quality frameworks and processes to ensure that data is accurate, complete, and reliable.
  • Ensuring all data management practices comply with regulatory and industry standards.
  • Implementing systems and processes to capture and maintain comprehensive metadata and data lineage for key data assets.
  • Overseeing enterprise MDM/RDM strategy implementation, ensuring that master data across key business domains (e.g., customers, policies, claims) is consistent and accurate across all systems.
  • Collaborating with enterprise data architecture, data delivery, and business teams to ensure that data management practices are embedded throughout the data lifecycle.
  • Working closely with IT and security teams to ensure that data is handled securely, protecting it from unauthorized access, breaches, and data loss.

Qualifications

  • Good delivery experience to develop and execute roadmaps, and implementation plans.
  • Experience in data quality, metadata, lineage, MDM/RDM strategies and regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with data management platforms (e.g., Purview, Collibra, Informatica) and tools.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure) and data governance tools.
  • Ability to work with cross‑functional teams to enforce and implement data management solutions.
  • Insurance domain knowledge.
