- Supporting specialist underwriting teams with accurate processing and administration across new business, renewals, and mid term adjustments.
- Producing documentation including policies, invoices, certificates, and endorsements to agreed quality standards and service levels.
- Reviewing underwriting instructions and escalating unclear or non standard information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Handling daily workflows effectively to meet service expectations, key performance indicators, and regulatory requirements.
- Building positive working relationships with colleagues, brokers, claims teams and other business partners to support successful outcomes.
