As the Head of Test and Release, you will play a key role in embedding best practices, elevating team capability, and delivering high‑quality technology outcomes that directly support Intact’s strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation and growth of the Test and Release Management Centres of Excellence, ensuring efficiency, innovation, and best practice across the organisation.
- Support, coach, and inspire high‑performing teams to deliver best‑in‑class testing and release management services.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align testing and release strategies with business goals and delivery outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing new tools, frameworks, and ways of working to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Required Skills and Experience
- Experience leading and developing high‑performing teams within testing or release management.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence and align across business and technology.
