You’ll make an impact by:

  • Leading the end‑to‑end delivery of infrastructure projects, defining scope, benefits, and success measures that improve performance, resilience, and operational efficiency.
  • Shaping and developing infrastructure service architecture, embedding operational controls and standards that support secure, scalable, and sustainable technology services.
  • Managing supplier relationships and commercial agreements, ensuring cost‑effective delivery and high‑quality support across hardware, hosting, and managed services.
  • Planning and coordinating launch and cutover activities for complex infrastructure deployments, ensuring smooth change management, stakeholder engagement, and post‑go‑live support.
  • Maintaining good governance across all workstreams, managing risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and compliance with infrastructure and security standards.

Your skills and experience:

  • Considerable experience delivering infrastructure projects across cloud, network, server, storage, and security environments.
  • Good technical understanding of core infrastructure, including IaaS/PaaS, operating systems, databases, and cybersecurity.
  • Ability to manage financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking total cost of ownership for infrastructure investments.
  • Experience overseeing suppliers and third‑party partners, including commercial negotiation and management of hosting, hardware, and managed service contracts.
  • Skilled in identifying and managing risks, dependencies, and governance requirements across complex infrastructure workstreams.
  • Confident in planning and executing cutover and implementation activities, coordinating change, launch readiness, and post‑deployment support.
  • Effective stakeholder management across technical teams, business functions, and external vendors.
  • Ability to adapt delivery approaches, working effectively with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Clear and concise communicator, able to provide meaningful status reporting, impact assessments, and delivery insights to senior forums.
  • Focus on service readiness, ensuring infrastructure solutions meet security, resilience, and long‑term operational requirements.

Why You’ll Love It Here:
