You will make an impact by:
- Proactively mapping and building internal and external talent pipelines, using internal and external data, market insight and industry knowledge to support priority roles and skill areas.
- Building and maintaining role-specific talent pools within the ATS, ensuring accurate and meaningful tagging of skills, location, seniority, availability and readiness.
- Prioritising sourcing and attraction activity in line with agreed TA priorities and demand insight, including open roles, forecast demand and hard to fill or scarce skills.
- Taking ownership of first-stage screening and quality gating by reviewing CVs and conducting structured, fair and bias aware screening conversations.
- Designing and delivering proactive outreach and engagement aligned to the Employee Promise and role messaging, ensuring priority pipelines remain engaged.
Your skills and experience:
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, Sourcing or Resourcing roles, with exposure to proactive attraction, pipeline building and early-stage candidate screening.
- Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to establish trust quickly with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organised and proactive, able to manage multiple pipelines, role types and priorities simultaneously.
- A clear and confident communicator, capable of summarising candidate insights and market information effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in screening decisions, data accuracy and seamless handovers.
- Demonstrates knowledge of GDPR principles and best practices.
- Experience in regulated, professional or specialist labour markets (e.g. insurance) is advantageous, or the ability to quickly build strong domain knowledge.
