We are currently recruiting for a Casualty Injury Claims Handler to join our established and experienced Claims Expenses team here on a hybrid basis.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Investigating and advancing casualty claims to closure, to achieve business objectives and meet the defined customer service proposition.
  • Ensuring that customers, brokers and third parties/claimants are supported throughout the claims journey by utilising agreed‑upon claims processes, case laws, and defined strategies.
  • Utilising your technical knowledge to resolve queries, reach and convey decisions and impart knowledge to others.

Your skills and experience:

  • Previous experience working within a Claims department that handles both injury and non‑injury claims.
  • Handling claims up to a value of £100,000.
  • Experience in handling a wide range of EL and PL claims from across our extensive commercial book of business would be beneficial.
