You’ll make an impact by:
- Leading the transformation and growth of the Test and Release Management Centres of Excellence, ensuring efficiency, innovation, and best practice across the organisation.
- Supporting, coaching, and inspiring high performing teams to deliver best in class testing and release management services.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to align testing and release strategies with business goals and delivery outcomes.
- Driving continuous improvement by implementing new tools, frameworks, and ways of working to enhance performance and efficiency.
Your skills and experience:
- Good leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to drive transformation across complex technology functions.
- Experience leading and developing high performing teams within testing or release management.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence and align across business and technology.
- Demonstrated success in implementing best practice frameworks, tools, and governance to improve performance and delivery outcomes.
