This PMO Lead role sits within Intact’s CIO Transformation function, providing structure, clarity, and visibility across a portfolio of strategic change. You will enhance programme delivery by strengthening governance, improving financial tracking, and ensuring senior leaders receive timely, accurate insight for effective decision‑making. The role requires an experienced PMO professional who can work across diverse stakeholders, partner closely with programme teams, and translate complex information into clear, actionable reporting. You will join a collaborative team shaping how transformation is planned, monitored, and delivered across the organisation.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Leading PMO activity across a portfolio of programmes, supporting planning, reporting, and delivery coordination across multiple workstreams.
- Managing governance processes, including change control, risks, issues, and dependencies, to ensure accurate and timely stakeholder visibility.
- Supporting financial tracking and reporting, including budget monitoring, forecasting, and coordination with finance partners.
- Overseeing portfolio reporting and management information, ensuring senior stakeholders receive clear and consistent updates for decision‑making forums.
- Coordinating resource demand and supply planning, supporting forecasting and alignment across delivery teams.
- Maintaining documentation standards and central repositories, ensuring consistency across templates, information, and reporting across the portfolio.
Your skills and experience:
- Experience supporting or leading PMO activity across multiple programmes or a wider portfolio environment.
- Good understanding of governance frameworks, including change control, risks, issues, and dependency management.
- Experience producing portfolio‑level reporting and management information for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
- Financial awareness, including supporting budgeting, forecasting, and tracking programme or portfolio spend.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across delivery, finance, and governance functions to coordinate information and reporting.
- Good attention to detail with the ability to interpret and present information clearly and consistently.
