We’re looking for a highly capable Infrastructure Product Delivery Consultant to play a key role in the successful deployment of technology solutions across our organisation.

In this role, you’ll work at the heart of our infrastructure function—coordinating cross‑functional teams, shaping delivery frameworks, and ensuring that infrastructure changes and projects land effectively, efficiently, and securely.

You’ll make an impact by

  • Coordinate infrastructure delivery across platform teams (Platform Owners, Engineers, Cloud Ops).
  • Manage and track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues for business-as-usual and small‑scale changes.
  • Act as the go‑to liaison between infrastructure and product/platform teams.
  • Translate platform needs into actionable infrastructure deliverables.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and priorities across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage technical dependencies across infrastructure, applications, and platforms.
  • Support audit actions, security‑by‑design adoption, and compliance alignment.
  • Champion Agile and Dev Ops ways of working within infrastructure delivery.
  • Define and report on delivery velocity and change success rates.

Your skills and experience

  • Excellent understanding of core infrastructure technologies including networks, firewalls, servers, operating systems, middleware, messaging, databases, security and cloud solutions.
  • Experience of end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects with integration or cutover elements.
  • Ability to coordinate cross‑functional delivery teams (e. g., Platform Owners, Engineers, Cloud Operations) and manage IT suppliers throughout delivery.
  • Supplier management and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent risk, financial, and dependency management capability.
  • Experience working across multiple delivery methodologies (Agile, Dev Ops, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Ability to manage quality assurance and deliverables in a structured manner.
  • Comfortable questioning the status quo to drive improvements.
