In your role, you will help shape learning outcomes that support business goals and create meaningful development experiences. You will work closely with stakeholders to design and deliver engaging learning solutions, helping colleagues build capability, develop their careers, and contribute to organisational success. Your contribution will support a culture of continuous learning, talent development, and leadership growth.
This role is hybrid and can be based in either Liverpool, Manchester or London with regular travel.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Partnering with stakeholders to understand learning outcomes and translate them into effective learning interventions and development solutions.
- Delivering learning, coaching, workshops, and development initiatives through both virtual and face-to-face channels.
- Creating engaging learning content and experiences using a range of design approaches and technologies to support capability development.
- Sharing insights and recommendations with stakeholders to support continuous improvement and learner satisfaction.
- Challenging thinking, contributing ideas, and supporting the development of solutions that meet business and learner needs.
Your skills and experience:
- Experience facilitating workshops, training programmes, and leadership development activities that encourage participation, engagement, reflection, and application of learning.
- Proven experience developing creative learning solutions, applying learning design theory and using a range of content design technologies.
- Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across different audiences.
- Knowledge of development and talent identification tools, including Insights Discovery and psychometric testing.
- Understanding of GDPR requirements and learner design theory.
