Digital Marketing Executive / Account Manager

We’re on the lookout for a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Executive / Account Manager to join our growing team in Shrewsbury or Bristol. As an agency, you’ll gain experience working with a wide variety of clients across different industries, giving you exposure to all aspects of digital marketing. You’ll be working in a dynamic environment, collaborating with clients ranging from small businesses to government bodies, and making a real impact on their digital presence. Every day will be different, and you’ll have the opportunity to continuously develop your skills.

We’re especially interested in candidates with experience in sales, marketing, PPC or PR. If you’re passionate about helping businesses grow and can think on your feet, this role could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain client relationships

• Implement Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) strategies

• Manage advertising campaigns

• Monitor website performance and analytics

• Create email marketing campaigns

• Manage social media accounts

• Network and engage in new client negotiations

• Contribute to proactive business development

• Deliver training sessions to businesses

• Work autonomously as part of our wider remote team

• Contribute to a large number of projects simultaneously

• Various other tasks as required

You’ll need to be a proactive, organised self-starter with a passion for digital marketing. You will need to be highly organised, have strong time management and communication skills. Qualifications are not our primary focus-we value experience, enthusiasm, and a strong willingness to learn. If you can demonstrate a talent for digital marketing and an understanding of business, we’d love to hear from you.

We provide on-the-job training to help you fill in any gaps in your skills, but it’s essential that you come ready to take the lead in your role.

Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
