InsurX is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our CEO, Gilbert, as he leads the company through its next phase of growth. This role will focus on enabling him to maximise his impact while providing broader support to the leadership team and commercial team where needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support to the CEO: Enable Gilbert to focus on high-impact activities by managing his schedule, ensuring seamless logistics for meetings, travel arrangements, and events. Act as a gatekeeper and first point of contact, prioritising and filtering emails and communications. Assess opportunities and flag or action them appropriately. Prepare agendas, draft meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability and progress.
- Leadership Team and Commercial Support: Provide light-touch support to the leadership team, helping to coordinate projects or initiatives as needed. Assist the commercial team with administrative or operational tasks, including meeting preparation and tracking priorities.
- Office Support: Help with the smooth running of the London office, including managing supplies, organizing team events, and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Take ownership of special projects or programs assigned by Gilbert or the leadership team, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
Although preferred, you don’t need prior experience working as an EA for a CEO; what matters most is your desire to make a difference and your ability to support Gilbert and the wider InsurX team effectively.
