The Role
We’re looking for a Commercial Associate to support our scaling efforts. Our ideal Commercial Associate will work across all of our customers and drive incremental growth to our Exchange platform.
Responsibilities
- Identify & deliver additional value to our customers: identify, map, and prioritise key customers within the corporate & specialty insurance market.
- Ensure compliance with rules efficiently: take responsibility for drafting “delegated authority contracts” (our contracts with our insurer customers which allow us to transact on their behalf).
- Grow our business: conduct research and develop your network to understand market dynamics to build a well-structured funnel of prospective customers.
- Take ownership of our marketing material and pitch decks: help create impactful and consistent brand collateral to deliver InsurX’s message to all stakeholders and customers.
- Manage details: challenge objectives, ensure the Commercial team sticks to agreed objectives, and decide which metrics to monitor.
- Target growth efforts: work with our Data team to analyse data from our Markets Insights platform.
- Lead new broker or insurer launches on our Exchange, working effectively across InsurX teams.
- Communicate effectively: develop good working relationships with all brokers and insurers trading through our Exchange platform.
About You
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, ideally in a fintech environment.
- Proven ability to deliver results when working across multiple teams with tight deadlines & high expectations.
- Effective prioritisation skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in presenting to senior level executives is ideal.
- Ability to identify challenges, propose and deliver solutions for customers.
