What we offer you:
As one of our Team Leads, you’ll be based at our Central London offices and have the opportunity to travel internationally to our Global events. You’ll also have the opportunity to build relationships with key industry leaders within the insurance industry.
- Salary range of £45,000 to £50,000
- OTE of £90,000 – £100,000

Your Responsibilities:
Given our global expansion, the Sales Team Leader role is strategically important to place us as the market leader in the industry. You will be focused on motivating and inspiring sales people to deliver excellent results whilst promoting the brand value to the industry. You will be a key part of delivering product and company growth over the next few years by leading from the front.
Start date: Flexible. Monday – Friday we work from our office (next to Sloane Square Station) and do not offer remote work.
