Your responsibilities

• Supporting our recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to engaging with potential applicants
• Creating connections with industry leaders such as CEOs and entrepreneurs, including co-founders of companies like Airbnb and Starbucks, and maintaining valuable relationships
• Developing and managing social media and marketing strategies, including content creation
• Conducting data analysis by extracting relevant data and interpreting it effectively

What we expect from you

You demonstrate a strong work ethic, a high sense of urgency, and a relentless drive to excel. You take ownership, are proactive, and follow through on commitments. Humility and passion for building and executing new ventures are essential. Additionally, we expect that you:

• Are completing or have completed your bachelor's degree with excellent results
• Have experience from part-time work or extracurricular activities
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Have exceptional attention to detail
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills

The internship begins in January 2024. The work schedule is Monday to Friday at our office near Victoria Station; remote work is not available.
