Your Responsibilities
Given our global expansion, the Account Growth Director role is strategically important to place us as the market leader in the industry. As we start to amass a large client base that needs extra care and nurture, this will allow you to build relationships with C-level executives and SME business owners in the financial and technology sectors. In the role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Hiring, leading and developing a team.
- Owning and developing strategies and processes.
- Segmenting clients and organising the team.
- Being overall responsible for the entire portfolio of accounts.
- Building strong and tight relationships with your portfolio of accounts.
- Upselling and cross-selling.
- Working closely with other teams and departments.
- Attending conferences and events to meet clients and stay updated in our industry.
