Reporting to: Sales Director

Salary: OTE ÂŁ60,000 - ÂŁ80,000 per annum

Role

As a Graduate Delegate Sales Executive you will have the unique opportunity to help build and scale our company while expanding your own career by becoming a member of our sales team. You will work with a selection of our current clients across the insurance industry, including insurance companies, solutions providers and tech start‑ups, building your own new business book from scratch in our London HQ.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the front‑line of communication via telephone for potential conference delegates, interacting with insurers, insurtech businesses and investors alike.
  • Evaluate potential attendees, understand their needs, and highlight the benefits of joining our conferences.
  • Keep accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Liaise with other areas of the company to help develop new business opportunities.
  • Drive income streams from the sale of delegate conferences to new customers.
  • Deliver exceptional performance results at all times by aiming to exceed your key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor insights to pinpoint new business prospects.
