Your Responsibilities
- Strategy & planning
- Collaborate with stakeholders to set targets, develop customer profiles, identify potential customers, research customer challenges, and maintain an accurate database.
- Campaign & content execution
- Execute multi‑channel campaigns (email, web, social, digital ads) to boost sales, engagement, leads, brand awareness, and revenue.
- Segment audiences using data, tailor messages and optimise campaigns for set objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing to exceed targets; collaborate with digital specialists for content and landing pages.
- Create evergreen content for digital channels, manage the online sales funnel, and qualify leads.
- Work with external media partners and PR agencies.
- Analyse campaign results to enhance future effectiveness continually.
- Reporting & analytics
- Maintain reports on ticket sales, leads, and campaign performance.
What We Expect From You
- Bachelor\’s degree in business administration, management, marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of marketing experience.
- IT skills: Canva, copywriting, LinkedIn and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills in a fast‑paced environment.
Start date: As soon as possible.
Monday – Friday, we work from our office and do not offer remote work.
