Your Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will vary but mainly include:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, foster collaboration and innovation, set goals, evaluate performance, recruit, and onboard new team members.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Campaign Management: Oversee planning and execution of marketing campaigns across channels such as email, social media, and website.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
